The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the SaveWizWar.com website. The types of personal information collected at this site include:

- Email address when you sign the petition.
- While our server logs information commonly recorded by Webservers, we do not use that information for anything other than seeing where our users are coming from. None of this information, with the exception of that specified below, will ever be revealed to anyone unless compelled to do so by law enforcement.
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of gathering a list of names that can be submitted to Chessex for the purpose of getting them to consider - and hopefully agreeing - to either move forwarded with releasing a new version of Wiz-War or releasing the game to another company willing to produce the game. The only other use for the information will be to contact you either with news about the site and/or the fact that we're submitting the information to Chessex.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
